The September/Annual meeting of the Bayfield-Ashland Counties EMS Council was called to order by Dean Hambrecht, President of the Council. The meeting and dinner was held at the Apple Barrel Restaurant in Iron River.

INTRODUCTIONS – Dean requested that every one state their name and service affiliation.

Dean informed the membership that the main order of business was election of officers.

PRESIDENT – Nominations were requested for President. Dean Hambrecht was nominated. Nominations called for three times.

Motion was made by Chuck Elton, seconded by Marcia Wellnitz to cast a unanimous ballot for the incumbent, Dean Hambrecht. Motion carried. Nominations called for three times.

VICE-PRESIDENT – Nominations were requested for Vice-President. Gary Victorson was nominated.

Motion made by Teresa Gunderson, seconded by Gina LaGrew, to cast a unanimous ballot for the incumbent, Gary Victorson. Motion carried.

TREASURER – Nominations were requested for Treasurer. Chuck Elton was nominated. Nominations called for three times.

Motion made by Teresa Gunderson, seconded by Marcia Wellnitz, to cast a unanimous ballot for the incumbent, Chuck Elton. Motion carried.

SECRETARY – Nominations were requested for Secretary. Jan Victorson was nominated. Nominations called for three times.

Motion made by Teresa Gunderson, seconded by Gina LaGrew, to cast a unanimous ballot for the incumbent, Jan Victorson. Motion carried.

MEETINGS – Discussion took place related to meeting locations.

Motion made by Gary Victorson, seconded by Peg Kman, to hold all meetings at MMC as a trial period. Motion carried.

Motion made by Gary Victorson, seconded by Micky Mullozzi, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
