WEM W-402 MCI Course

Saturday, April 20

Ashland City Fire Hall 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

I wanted to invited agencies to participate in an upcoming training which is being held at the Ashland City Fire Hall on Saturday, April 20th, 2024. The goal of this professional development course is to promote effective response by familiarizing personnel with the ICS framework, and the principles used to manage multiple-casualty incidents. This course also prepares personnel to coordinate with response partners from all levels of government, hospitals, and the private sector. The purpose of this course is to provide the participants with the tools and confidence to become more effective in dealing with a multiple-casualty incident (MCI). Participants must have completed ICS100, ICS-200, ICS-700 before taking this course and be a member of a public safety agency. Individual students need to create on account on the WEM portal (if they don’t have one) and then register for the class. An agency cannot register applicants. Students need their own accounts in order to receive class information and a certificate. The WEM course link is: www.trainingwisconsin.org
